From citizen portals and digital-identity integration to e-procurement, records digitization and sovereign-cloud landing zones — we build public services that respect a citizen's time and a treasury's rupee in equal measure.
Most departments we work with sit on decade-old portals, siloed departmental databases, and mobile experiences that were tacked on for a launch photograph. Citizens end up standing in queues that a good API and a well-designed screen could have deleted.
We modernize public-facing services on sovereign infrastructure, connect them to identity and payment rails, and design them for the citizen using them , not the org chart behind them.
Unified service catalogues, applications, payments and status tracking.
Aadhaar, DigiLocker and e-KYC flows with consent and audit built in.
Offline-tolerant, multi-language citizen apps for field and home use.
Tender publication, bidding, reverse auctions and contract-management tools.
Ticket routing, SLA tracking and citizen-communication workflows.
Scan, OCR, classify and archive legacy paper records into searchable stores.
Empanelled cloud foundations with policy, security and cost guardrails.
Land-record, urban-planning and utility-mapping stacks on open GIS.
A state government asked us to bring 41 department-run services under one identity and one experience. We built a unified portal and mobile app on empanelled sovereign cloud, integrated with Aadhaar and DigiLocker, and rolled out district by district over 30 weeks.
Our citizen NPS moved into positive territory for the first time in the department's history. When people write in now, it is usually to thank the officer, not complain about the queue.Sunita Bhattacharya, IASSecretary, State Department of Citizen Services
